Chow Time in My New Kitchen & a Recipe www.rawprincess.org

Tangy. Filling. Yet Light. (Did I say delicious?)

Tangy Carrot-Ginger Soup (contains soy)

Blend:
Handful carrots,
a chunk of fresh ginger root, peeled
2-3 fresh garlic cloves
half an avocado
2-3 rounded Ts raw miso
nice splashes of olive oil
a little nutritional yeast
pinch sea salt & cayenne pepper if desired.

This blends into a rich, creamy soup for the rawprincess in you. ;) Add hot water at the end for a warm soup.

Top with abundant dulse leaves.
