Banana Ice Cream With Maca Fudgie Sprinkle-Candies

Frozen bananas simply blended to cream w/ a bit of optional stevia vanilla drops. You'll never miss the dairy! (Especially not the after-affects. Okay, I'll join in the trend to call it cow pus. Radical, huh?)

Make your raw cacao and maca candies ahead of time and have them waiting in glass jars in freezer for a night like this!

No cow pus ice cream. I know it's more graphic than the delicate rawprincess mostly cares to be, but it really helped me see the realities of dairy (pus is allowable in alarming "parts per million" by FDA) so there you have it! Is it a judgment? No. A discernment. Yuck.

I-Haven't-Shown-You-BabyFood-Pictures-Lately Green Soup

I think to make the lifestyle change, to make this work, you really do need to use what you have onhand in the fridge.
You really do need to, I think, ask yourself, "What's going to be easiest to digest and the most full of greens and life force right now for my next meal?"
Because at first you will be all over the place having many combinations with nuts, seeds, fats and sweets.
But there will come the time when you are really ready to step away from all that and get very simple.
It's the time when your body can then tackle all it has harbored. It will begin to rest but also hit the subtle stuff. And you will wonder if anything is happening at all.
But it is. Just watch!
This is kale and romaine blended with a bit of water olive oil a chunk of lemon and some goraw sunnies.
Dash some habanero if you like.

There's Nothing Quite Like An Evening '3 Immortals' Latte

... warmed not cooked. Here I use what I had onhand deliciously: blended goraw.com's sunflower seeds (sprouted, then dehydrated). I strained that then the fun began.
2 wooden scoops 3 Immortals Tea
1 Tblspn MacaForce
11 drops Vanilla-Creme Stevia
A spoon of raw creamy honey
A few end-of-bottle drops of flax oil.
The sunnies have a bit of sea salt which I like a lot for that Reesie's feel.
As you might guess I was up for the sweet tonight, not always so sweet.
My affiliate link on the right will lead you to the Raw Food World Store for the 3 Immortals Tea and most of the other ingredients I used.
I blend it all cold & concentrated first (after straining my initial seed cream), then simply add boiling water slowly to bring my frothy latte up to heat w/out cooking.
Incidentally, 3 Immortals is comprised of Reishi, Shilajit and Ormus--thought to increase one's spiritual faculties and powers of longevity.
Frothy goodness to the very last drop.
Use any seed or nut for cream.

It's A Greeeen Morning *doodoodoodoot*

Pictured here: Head of celery, 2 Granny Smith apples, a chunk of fresh ginger root and half a lemon juiced in my Omega Vert.

With my commute time less than half in my new place (I'm in Goose Hollow, a quieter part of downtown Portland, nestled up to the hills of Washington & Forest Park) I'm enjoying more juice-time, time on ny yoga mat and foam roller, time soaking in a hot bathtub filled with essential oils. I also like to sing, dance and write memoirs so the greeeen juice and raw vegan lifestyle really give me lots of energy to do all that.

And I've also developed an uncanny ability to run to the bus stop however far away, laden with laptop and journals, packs of superfoods notwithstanding.

My-Mouth's-Watering-So-Bad-I-Can-Hardly-Take-The-Picture Kale Attack 'Popcorn'

You have got to understand how crazy good kale is.

And how it is the key to freedom from cravings for packaged snacks.

Take & tear or chop into popcorn-size shape the brightest, freshest most vibrant kale you can find and rub a little avocado and/ olive oil on it. Here, I've then added chopped red pepper and dried jackfruit, goraw.com's sunnies, a few drops of Vital Heat (Habanero & Turmeric), nutritional yeast & sea salt plus miso paste.

This creates texture and richness I used to like in popcorn soaked in butter without the regret tomorrow.

It's a great occasional late night snack.

I've wrapped some of it in Nori and romaine but mostly just pick at it with my fingers like popcorn.

Hey, it's my Friday.
