Old Zendik Farm Site--Bonsall CA
Using fresh pressed vegetable juices, daily colon cleansing, and salads to allow her body's natural healing system to come alive made a big impression on me.
I remember one day making green juice for her in the Norwalk juicer. I was placing all the triturated greens into the cloth and placing it into the hydraulic press but my mind must've been more on the fact that I was about to get the rest of the day off and hitchhike down to the beach.
Suddenly the cloth wrap exploded as I was pressing and sent greens and zucchini pulp flying across the ceiling.
I was a little sheepish as Arol sent me off early saying I might as well go. ;)

Green Fudge Flurry & Chocolate Sauce Review
This happened to be pretty complex! With soaked chia, Ormus greens, spirulina, wild fresh-picked dandelion, frozen berry and banana along with a variety of royal jelly, bee pollen, pink salt, 1/2 avocado and spoon of coconut oil!
Make yours more frozen and firm by using an ice cream maker. Penni Shelton on www.rawfoodrehab.com has some great ice cream recipes in the Kitchen there.
For the fudge flurry part, I used www.wildernessfamilynaturals.com "healthy addictions" raw chocolate sauce.
They are here in Minnesota and I've followed their online biz for years. But found their products locally when I moved here at Valley Naturals in Apple Valley. I'm member now.
It's agave but like Matt Monarch said recently it may be as refined as corn syrup but it's not genetically modified or loaded w/ chemicals.
The syrup needs more cacao in my opinion and it's too sweet, but in this dessert works well.
Slice fresh banana 4 a split.

Cindy's June Greeen Smoothie Challenge! ;)
This is my new "usual" for breakfast.
Head of kale (change up the greens and rotate).
4 frozen bananas
water
I can also change up to a savory but then I really like avo or fats in that. This way there's no fat at all.
Will see. I will try it without fat and report.
Please comment below if you are joining me for the green smoothie challenge--this simply means you will add a quart of green smoothie per day.
