My Feast While The Guys Are at the Twins Yankees Game!
I actually made two side dishes tonight with my savory green soup.
Just celery and almonds fed into the cuisinart for the un-rice. (top left) Plain thawed frozen organic corn with nutritional yeast and cayenne sprinkled on. (top right)
And my savory green soup is just parsley, tomato, cucumber, half an avo, a few almonds and sea salt blended (garlic treat too) and garnished w/ a wee bit of sesame oil, dulse and sea salt to taste.

Savory Green Soup Is Where It's At!
I'm into right now. Living on these.
Just parsley, cucumber, tomato, half an avo, a bit of lemon and sea salt. Optional garlic and olive oil!
Garnish with dulse and raw crackers.

Raw PayDay Ball & Eli's ElderBerry-Hibiscus Kombucha
Remember the salty/sweet Payday Bar? This is it, for me. Just hempseed, maca and a sweetener. I'd prefer yacon but all I had was honey. And sprinkle with pink salt.
Garnish with a splash of fresh ground celtic sea salt.
Serve with Eli's Elderberry-Hibiscus Kombucha (my source, please do ask about how to get Eli's Kombucha) ;)

Simple Superfood Fruit Salad
Yum! It's chlorella nuts, royal jelly and hempseed ove banana and apple. The chlorella gives it crunch as well as great detoxing properties.
Served with love and almond milk matcha. I sprouted the almonds two days a la Dr Wigmore.

Cool Coconut-Chia Pudding
I must have a) became more alkaline because I found my usual ACV water to be waaay too strong this a.m. b) I'm due for resting since I worked solid straight thru my days off last week.
Anyway, keeping it simple with my green tea feels really nice.
The chia superfood should give some post-workout support.
Just :
1 young Thai coconut meat and some of the water
6 soaked prunes and water
1 banana
a few clusters frozen peaches
1 spoon chia soaked a few minutes in the blender before blending.
Blend & garnish with a berry.

Why Not? A Smoothie-Porridge Breakfast. Does A Body Good (for reals).
Not really.
But a smoothie porridge could work.
6 soaked prunes and water
1 young Thai coconut meat
1 apple peeled (nonorganic)
2 Tblspn hemp seeds
Blend until creamy.
Place in dish.
Top with spoon of almond butter.
Spoon of maple syrup or appropriate sweetener. (optional)
Spoon chia seed.
Spoon ground flax.
The chia is chewy. You can stir it in and let chia soak a few minutes.

Food Plan & Body Movement Plan
Rule: 3 meals a day before dark (or 6pm in summer)
Permissable snacks: herb tea, kombucha, coconut kefir, bee pollen, chlorella tabs, and of course, fresh green juice.
I've been reading Angela Stoke's "Raw Emotions" and devising more structure for myself around food plan. I've noticed that for me, moving my body is actually more important than trying to find the exact right menu. This is because I'm in need of the endorphins and pro-active sensations I receive from moving it around.
I've been able to stop coffee and cacao now and don't feel as sluggish as I did the first few weeks.
I don't actually think I will need the Meltzer
I'm struggling for a daily reprieve from emotional pulls to use food as comfort. Otherwise, I'm basically ready to be 100% raw as far as I can tell. (As Angela says you can have anything you want at all times it's a matter of "What Would Love Do"
Tonight I went for a long walk at dusk, the magic hour they call it in Hollywood. Walking I realized I had a pain in my heart chakra and that I could release it now. I realized it could have been hurt from an early misunderstanding or it could have really happened in my youngster years that I felt alone. Nevertheless, I've sensed this as a palpable sensation like a dagger in my heart for several years going high raw now as I keep peeling back the onion layers of self-awareness and healing. Tonight I actually felt the earth Mother holding me as I was ready to let it be expelled. I could feel the sensation of expelling something out my heart chakra and the relief of the pain leaving me.

6am - 6:30am Arise and Run! (20min minimum)

B:7:30-8am Green Juice or Green Smoothie or Energy Soup or Vitality Drink or Cellulite Melter 1 grapefruit, 2 oranges, 1 lemon or lime and 1 chunk fresh ginger juiced or Meltzer fruit salad
.Pack Lunch (if not packed night before).
L: 12:30pm-2pm for 30min.
Same as B or Meltzer SaladD: 6-7pm Same L or add potassium broth or Meltzer steam veg and baked potato w/1/2avo & salsa 30min if desired. (Pack lunch for next day if possible.)
- Walk or Run as desired outdoors connecting with Nature/HP
- Music & Posting to YouTube or Blog
- hot tea
- 10th step
In the night: meditation and prayer. I often read a bit of inspirational book in bed just before lights out.

Coconut Comfort Ice Cream With Ginger Snap Topping
1 young Thai coconut
1 frozen banana
2 medjool dates
1 squirt lime juice
1 Tblspn maca
Blend w/ just a few drops of water and plunger if using Vitamix.
Garnish with plenty of Ginger Snaps for a ice cream cookie affect.
This has to comfort me while I take a break from cacao and it's pretty darn good!
