Raspberry Fudge Ganache Cake, Coconut Cream Pie and Gorp

The coconut cream pie was made at Matt and Angela Stokes-Monarch's wedding Raw Union: recipe e-book here. I made gorp out of melted coconut oil whisked with raw cacao, agave and raw coconut butter and sea salt. Then I poured it over Nature's Technology "Laughing Giraffe Granola" granola and topped it with dried coconut flakes. Cut into chunks.
