Black Forest Cake w/ White Chocolate-Cherry Icing

Playing with my new jar of white cacao butter, fresh cherries, raw cacao and such. I came up with a delish "black forest crunch cake" and "white chocolate-cherry frosting".

Sweetened with dates and coconut sap for a lower glycemic effect.

Yum! Amazing stuff the white cacao butter.
