Why Not? A Smoothie-Porridge Breakfast. Does A Body Good (for reals).

Ever eat a pine cone?

Not really.

But a smoothie porridge could work.

6 soaked prunes and water
1 young Thai coconut meat
1 apple peeled (nonorganic)
2 Tblspn hemp seeds

Blend until creamy.

Place in dish.

Top with spoon of almond butter.
Spoon of maple syrup or appropriate sweetener. (optional)
Spoon chia seed.
Spoon ground flax.

The chia is chewy. You can stir it in and let chia soak a few minutes.
