Cool Coconut-Chia Pudding

I'm not even sure I'm really at this simple level permanently or not. And it is almost not as rich and intense as I usually am satisfied by. But after this whole week of almost 100% raw and working out, I have followed my spiritual foodplan and something shifted.

I must have a) became more alkaline because I found my usual ACV water to be waaay too strong this a.m. b) I'm due for resting since I worked solid straight thru my days off last week.

Anyway, keeping it simple with my green tea feels really nice.

The chia superfood should give some post-workout support.

Just :

1 young Thai coconut meat and some of the water
6 soaked prunes and water
1 banana
a few clusters frozen peaches
1 spoon chia soaked a few minutes in the blender before blending.

Blend & garnish with a berry.
