Hearty Raw Vegan Pate Casserole Salad

You know what chef's special means ... what's on hand today.

Grated carrot and celery "not-rice" base. Soaked dulse, shredded chard, sliced snow peas, sunflower baby greens, 1/2 avocado (massaged in w/ T. raw kraut & tsp. raw miso) sprouted dried pepitas, crumbled bread "croutons" then blend 1/3 of salad adding dulse water (Wigmore et al) and 1/3 orange bell pepper.

Fold blended mixture into salad. Top w/ a few more "crouton" pieces and condiments as desired.

I've cut back extremely on oils so a faint drizzle of olive oil, a small pinch of pink salt, a cap full of apple cider vinegar and a pinch of cayenne powder along w/ a small sprinkle of nutritional yeast and garnish w/ more sunny sprouts.

Ahem, a feast! ;)
