Digestion Soother Porridge

If you're like me, you occasionally fall off the wagon or eat wrong combinations and end up w/ tummy ache.

Rather than skip meals--which sometimes is right but other times can set one up for further cravings--why not make this soothing tummy "oatmeal" out of banana, apple & flaxseed.

Be sure to hydrate w/lots of water herb tea and/or juice several hours before and wait at least an hour after.

Raw Cleansing Porridge

2 bananas blend or process
1 apple dropped in chunks
squeeze of lemon juice
several pinches stevia (optional)

Place in bowl
Top w/ copious amounts ground flaxseed.

Sit the laughing hyena on edge of bowl for further good cheer!
