Post Work-Out Green Juice

Go Greeeeeeens!

Now if I can just sip this instead of guzzle! Vanessa at Valley Naturals.made me the most delicious it's Bubba's Natural no apple.

After a setback week fitness-wise I jumped back in. (Thanks Alex and Mr M!) and ran 2 miles in 22 minutes then lifted a bit. Mmmmm body thanks me.

Rawfoodrehab.com is in the final stretch for this round of 11-week initiative for health and/or weight loss. People are going strong to finish strong yes!

All I wanted to really say was nature is for real and good and works and taking time to enjoy and beautify such as take flowers to work is part of the solution part of being there for others is finding your center. You can only give what you actually have.

Me and Dr T Inside the Ecopolitan (Newsflash: I Do Massage There Now!)

Dr Tel-Oren or "Dr T" founder of the Ecopolitan bldg & restaurant in Minneapolis, MN, and myself, Cindy Cummins aka rawprincess, in the cafe/juice bar section of the restaurant.

Dr T was seeing clients all day in the office across the hall where I am *now available* (squeee;)) for massage & craniosacral appointments, but had stopped in to graze for a snack. Notice the tomato in his hand. Quite impressive!

Dr T is leading a Kilimanjaro hike Mr M and I are planning to go for it! September.

A Picture Told Me A Story. It Spoke of My Soul's Condition ...

And wish me luck: after work today I plan to overcome any excuses and do a 5-mile run.
I'm actually chompin' at the bit to go but know how monkey mind pops in at the juncture.
What's your next healthy step today? Does your mind have a reason to put it off? Do it anyway.
BTW, my smoothie had an entire head of kale w/some frozen banana and water and I noticed an increase in perceptual skills at work. Cool.
I'm certain it's accumulative of course w/all the raw-foodin' it along the way , Nonetheless food has vibratory quaLities which ever lightening bring noticeable perks. xo rawprincess

Super Kale Chips (tastier than they probably look)

the usual: cheezy sauce made w/ red bell pepper (didn't have orange) cashew butter lemon juice nutritional yeast.

toss kale rubbing in cheeziness.

put in warm oven if you don't have dehydrator. we ate most of them warm not crunchy.
