Butternut Squash Soup (Shazzie inspired ;))

Adapted from dear Shazzie's recent uncook book Evie's Kitchen. It never occurred to me I could blend raw squash with hot water. Thanks Shazzie soooo yummie!

I didn't have her ingredients which were coconut chunks and red onion so I just blended with a pinch of celtic sea salt, a dab of coconut oil, a little coriander and turmeric and fresh garlic to taste.

Poured into a bowl and garnished with swirl of shoyu , flax oil, nutr yeast.
