simple sprouting in a strainer

2 tblspn each mung, aduki, and lentil. Soak overnite then rinse 2xs a day or more until tail comes ou[. Very tasty alkalinizing inexpensive and rejuvenating anti-aging.

I just poured them into a common strainer and rinse them in my rushed life.
