And I beat the cranky cravings (of yesterday) this a.m. w/green smoothie: just 2c. water, 2 dates, 2 bananas, and a large handful garden-fresh romaine. Did the trick.
Editors Note: It was more than two dates, I can tell you that much. When I came home there were several date pits on the cutting board from the smoothie makings--more like six. LOL. I apparently have a little short term memory loss problem at times when it comes to my food consumption.
