The Village Teahouse, New Paltz, NY

I am pleased to announce I did sooo great and enjoyed it! I ordered mesclun field greens platter plain. They were so fresh as though just picked moments before from the garden. All different greens and flavor intensioso.

I loved it.

I had the most delicious orange blossom oolong before and during my salad. I had a few raw walnuts and maybe a drop at most of olive oil. A few red grapes balanced the whole flavor ensemble out.

For dessert I had organic spearmint tea.

I did it! Now I know anything and anywhere I can stay highest of high raw. (Tea is still for me folks.)
