Today's Menu and Exercise

Day 15 Juice Feast (only one of the days I did modified juice feast with one apple and a smoothie.)Weight 125.4

Apple juice liver flush:

apple juice
lemon juice
ginger root
garlic
cayenne pepper
olive oil

blend and strain

followed by hot green tea.

90 minutes hatha yoga
15 minute walk

Lunch:
16oz. green juice

kale
celery
spinach
chard

carrot
spirulina


Snack: bee pollen

Dinner:

orange juice
Perfect Food green powder
